We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all pest control services. If the treated pest issue persists after our service, we will return for a follow-up treatment at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the pest issue is not resolved after two follow-up visits.
  • If you cancel a prepaid service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • For ongoing service contracts, if you choose to cancel, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining service period.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Initial inspection fees and emergency pest control services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided if the customer does not follow our recommended post-service guidelines that are critical for the success of the treatment.
